This is great. It gets rid of that chlorine taste. Foods and beverages taste so much better now. Worth every penny. As much as I spent on gallons and cases of water, this was a better choice in the long run. It will have an ROI based on water filter prices and cost of water bottles. The plastic footprint and and heavy lifting of cases are no longer an issue as well.

This is by far the greatest purchase I have ever made. I have owned this for a year now, still going strong. I bought test strps for 7 water items from ph to hardness. First i tested water from the facet then after using Frizzlife unit. OMG what a difference, the water was improved in all 7 levels, including the hardness level.. now thats filtering. Excellent product and great job on making this for the health of me and my family.

Living rural, we're grateful for the access to water mains. With five construction mishaps this past year damaging our water main and repairs included section replacements and "flushing". Since then pressure has been all over the map and with multiple nearby farms either tapping into the mains for irrigation or cattle waters, I went looking for safety tests. Shocked to not find anything since 2019, I knew I needed to address my water quality. I already have expensive filters on my refrigerator that remove cysts, giardia and cryptosporidium but I still wasn't feeling very secure. There's lots of RO countertop models available but in spite of features, reviews didn't paint very good pictures. My choice was between Frizzlife WB99 and another. My single deciding factor was the ability to use an alkalinizing filter, detachable filter and larger volume feed/pure vessels. Hands down Frizzlife beat the competition. And the bonus algae cover was reassurance I made the right choice. Easy and quick set up and 5 flushes out of the way, I prepared my first pot of coffee... I'm in love! The condition of the pure water and smooth mouth feel reminds me of my former whole house RO system. And flavored waters are superior with the Frizzlife RO system. The WB99 is well engineered and superbly built with quality components. It's a solid and very honest machine. I look forward to many pitchers of pure great tasting water. Thanks Frizzlife. It's got this cool light that tells you if your water's been sitting too long. No more guessing! The tank refills the water every use so you don’t need to wait for the water next time. It also able to hold taller size of cups/mugs like the Thermos. I have had other water dispensers and they can’t even fit anything taller than a coffee mug. The setup is a piece of cake. You don't even need to read the manual, but it's got some good tips if you're into that. I did run into an issue (It was my own stupid mistake for not putting one of the filters all the way in). The excellent friendly customer service got back to me in less than 24 hours on a weekend. Great customer service and response time are important for me, as they tell you that the company is confident about their product and willing to back it up. With my city water measurement was extremely high in California, I felt really unsafe for our daughter to just drink it out of the tab (like we used to). The system makes the water super clean and taste great. I am glad we have this system.

Fresh clean water anytime and you only need an outlet I love this system! after the set-up testing (pictured) I moved it to a small table near my room so it is closer than any faucet, and the water still always tastes great. Our municipal water treatment plant has been failing for elevated HAA5 for a few years and isn't going to be fixed until 2029 (best case timeline) so our tap water is literally carcinogenic. Also I live in an old house in an old neighborhood so we probably have lead pipes somewhere. People around me just drink bottled water but I hate all that single use plastic plus tap water is still being used for cooking. This reverse osmosis system fixes all of that. The water tastes so clean and good that even the bottled water people like it. The multiple dispensing options (4oz, 8oz, 17oz, and 1L) mean that I can easily fill a coffee cup or nalgene bottle while puttering around and circle back to pick it up whenever. For cooking I bring the whole pitcher into the kitchen. Also I know this is silly but it looks so sleek :-) It is almost totally quiet when filtering and will only beep at you when the reservoir is low. My plants love it too because I am watering them more often with the water remaining in the reservoir. I wouldn't get a RO system that produces waste water at 1:1 ratio but the Frizzlife system is more efficient, it does something like 1:4 i forget the exact ratio. When I am drinking enough water throughout the day I am also producing enough mineral-rich waste water for happy healthy houseplants. Its just cool, I love it, and I'm finally drinking enough water throughout the day. I have had the system set up in the same place for 2 weeks to test and it is working just as well as day one. I do wish that the reservoir had a little bit of a recess on the sides to make it easier to grip while lifting it out but the socket things for the lid works okay for that. I wish the reservoir lid had a little bit of a seal so water didn't ever splash out while carrying it full back to the system but I'm getting better at holding it steady to avoid that. Also during setup it looks like the cylindrical filter only needs to be turned a few degrees but it actually must be turned 90 degrees to be fully installed. If you only turn it a little then the cover will not be flush, I'm attaching a picture of it fully rotated. Also during the first 2 reservoirs of filtering the reservoir water will turn sort of white bubbly, thats probably why we're supposed to discard the first 3 reservoirs of water, I included a picture of that too. Its such a relief to finally know that my water is safe, without having to use and then toss dozens of single-use bottles. Bottled water testing is less stringent than municipal testing so they could have even higher HAA5 levels and we wouldn't even know. It is such a relief to not have to worry about all that. I love this thing.

There are so many reasons to love this, but let me just focus on a few: - Surprisingly compact for what it does - Magnetic filter cover to make replacing it easy - Magnetic drip tray for ease of keeping in place - Large reservoir and easy to dispose of waste water - VERY quiet, you can barely hear it running - Convenient display for output PPM - Filters could not be easier to remove and replace - Pitcher is easy to get on and off - Inexpensive filters - Indicator light to let you know if the water has been sitting in the pitcher too long - Water is alkaline coming out - You can purchase an additional pitcher for $20 to keep one in the fridge and one on the machine There are really so many reasons to love this machine, and I have not experienced a single reason not to. Similar machines go for twice the price. We have pretty poor city water and it's nice to know my 3 kids are drinking water that is not polluted with all the junk our city water has in it. We are extremely satisfied with the WB99 and the customer service they have shown to us. The water tastes smooth, and both my coffee and tea taste noticeably better. We have had this unit for a few weeks and I have to say that I love this Frizzlife water filter! It looks cool, was easy to set up (make sure you push in the filters all the way) and it’s quiet. I highly recommend it.

We have hard water at home, and my kettle used to collect white residue. After switching to the WB99, that problem disappeared completely. The water tastes very clean, and baby formula mixes much better without graininess. The unit looks premium and is easy to operate. Five stars!
