I am very pleased with the Frizzlife Under Sink Water Cooler and MS99 Filter. I previously had an EcoPure single stage water filter, which worked fine; however, the Frizzlife MS99 provides better filtration at 0.5 microns, does not need to be changed as frequently, and produces less waste during filter changes, all for a better price. Every part of this system seems intentionally designed and of respectable quality; the packaging is well designed to protect the product, the faucet and faucet handles instill confidence with their solid build quality and smooth operation, the cooler holds just enough water to ensure plenty of instant cooled water without excessive power usage or taking up too much space, there have been no leaks, there are plenty of couplers/elbows/tubing/shut off valves to accommodate a wide variety of under sink setups and allow for easy system servicing, and the water cools very quickly. In the future, if I decide to upgrade to the Frizzlife Tankless RO system, I'm confident it will be compatible with the Frizzlife Chiller Cooling System and I will not need to worry about coming up short on tubing or connectors. I already had a dedicated drinking water faucet, but decided to replace it with the one provided with this system to take advantage of the dual-tap system. It's wonderful. Besides the high build quality, I appreciate having the option to use cooled water or room temperature water so I can enjoy filtered water for cooking, washing food, and drinking without having to worry about heating water water that was previously just cooled down. After flushing the filter and chiller as directed to by the quick setup guide, the water tastes fresh and crisp. The cooler kicks on right away to ensure the next fill up is ready when you need it. You can hear the compressor when the chiller is actively cooling, but it is surprisingly subtle. It only stays on approximately 3 minutes or so after filling my 20oz water bottle when set at 52 degrees F, so it's clear the unit has plenty of cooling capacity. While I have only just received this product and it remains to be tested over time, I'm optimistic that I will hold up well. If something happens, Frizzlife's 150% warrantee does provide some peace of mind and more than what many companies offer. I'll update my review if things change, but so far, so great!
