Easy to order and replace
I replaced two filters. The number 3 one is pretty straight forward. Although I replaced the whole container and it looks like there may be a way to replace the filter inside. The number 2 one I couldn’t reset but your customer service rep walked me through the steps, and I got it straightened out. Over all. I love my PD6000 system. I’ve had it for several years now and it’s been great. Great product and service too!

The filter arrived quickly, was easy to install and the water tastes good.
The only problem I'm having that I have never had before was when I turn the water on, it hesitates then starts to come out only when the unit turns on. I thought it was Because the filters were clogged. So that's why I bought new filters and change them. But the same thing is still happening? Also, when I get water out of the Refrigerator the frizzlife unit turns on and off. And the water comes out slow, this never happened before. Don't know what else to do. But the filter delivery was good.
