Why hasn't the TDS(ppm) changed in filtered water?
Regarding TDS, it is not a professional way to test water quality. TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids. For example, if you add a small amount of salt (NaCl) to the water and test the TDS, the result will be dramatically high. Similarly, if your water is full of minerals, the TDS will also be high.
The under-sink water filter does not remove minerals from the water; it only removes heavy metals such as Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, over 70-80 VOCs, and significantly reduces chlorine. This is why the TDS level may not be as low as you expect.
The TDS meter is commonly used in reverse osmosis (RO) systems. If the RO membrane is not performing well, the TDS will be higher. A significant increase in TDS means it is time to replace the RO membrane. Therefore, please do not use TDS to test water from any source except for a Reverse Osmosis system, as the result will be meaningless.
Why is the water still cloudy and bubbly after the machine has been installed and flushed?
You got great feedback, and we want to congratulate you on the cloudy water. It is completely normal for the water to appear this way, as the bubbles are formed by the filter. The filter cartridge has a precision of 0.5 microns or even less. As water passes through the tiny holes, it forms micron-clustered water, which makes the H2O at that moment the best, especially at the beginning. This is common for Reverse Osmosis water systems. It's great that this happened to your system after a proper rinse. If you let the water sit for a while, the bubbles will disappear, and the water will turn crystal clear.
After a few days of use, this phenomenon will disappear, as the carbon cores will settle into their normal state. We always aim for the water to be like it was at the beginning, as that’s when it is the best.
Can the system be used for hot water?
We are afraid that you can't run hot water through the filter system, and almost every water filter for drinking can't use with hot water. The high temperature of water coming through will damage the mechanical part of the system. The working temperature for all those systems is limited to 39℉ ~ 100℉.

Please help us with following troubleshooting to check if the filter is clogged. Remove the three filters one at a time, and observe whether there is any change in water pressure after each removal.
For example, if you remove Filter A and the water pressure returns to normal, this indicates that Filter A is clogged.
What makes M800 different from electric tankless RO systems?

Fantastic product. It replaced my home made RO system consisting of two 50gpd membranes, permeate pump, pre, mineralizing and post filters plus tank (a lot of connections), that achieved 1:1 filtered to waste ratio. M800 delivers 4:1 ratio and is very easy to install - just three connections. It appears sturdy and well made. Water flow gives me 8oz glass in about 6 seconds. I expect it to get a bit slower during winter when water is colder - perhaps 8 seconds, but it will be still OK. Water has good taste and there is no tank !!!. I am afraid of bacteria/mold growing in chlorine free water over many years, but this unit has no tank while post/mineralizing filter is replaced every year. No power needed and USB charge lasts close to a year in standby mode. Highly recommended.
First and foremost, the installation process is really easy. You just need to hook it up to your clean cold water supply as well as your drain. You also need to install the faucet, and depending on your kitchen sink setup, this might be really easy or quite difficult. If you have a faucet that's compatible with filtered water, you don't need to install this faucet separately.
Once installed, I was surprised to see that there is no delay to the water once I turned the faucet on, but this might depend on your water supply (and pressure). The water tastes great, much better than the tap water. There is a TDS meter on the system, but I found that to be quite different from what my TDS meter reads.
The remineralization is a big plus for me, since otherwise reverse osmosis systems will filter everything out and you might not consume enough minerals in a given day.
I've been monitoring the waste water as well, and it seems like their 4:1 ratio checks out, for every 10 litres of tap water, you get 8 liters of filtered water and 2 liters that go down the drain.
Overall, I really like this water filter. It's much easier to operate compared to a water filter pitcher, and it being quiet is a huge plus as well. I just hope I'll be able to find replacement filters for it next year.
I recently installed this water filtration system and I'm very impressed. Installation was very easy, and I had it set up quickly under my bathroom sink, which provides super convenient access to filtered water upstairs. I especially appreciated that the package came with all the needed accessories and hardware for a complete installation, making the setup process hassle-free right out of the box.
The tankless design is a huge plus. It saves a significant amount of space, which is important in a tight area like a bathroom cabinet. While the unit itself was a little larger than I initially expected, it still fit perfectly under the sink without issue.

The water filtration system is great and with the right part easy to install. Frizzlife sent the wrong 3-way feed water valve. If you come across this issue replace this part with a new 3-way feed water valve with a compression fitting. As an FYI, Customer service is email only. They do respond quickly (24 hours) which is the only reason I don't give them 3 stars. The provided 3-way feed water valve pipe fitting pictured was sent by Frizzlife and sized incorrectly.
I’m really impressed with the Frizzlife M800 RO system. The filtration performance is excellent, the water tastes clean, fresh, and noticeably smoother thanks to the alkaline remineralization. The unit runs without electricity, has a huge filter capacity, and the auto-flush feature is a big plus for keeping things low maintenance.
Installation was fairly straightforward, but just be aware: this system is big. Make sure you have plenty of space under your sink or in the installation area because it takes up more room than a typical RO unit. Once it’s set up though, it works beautifully, and the high output (up to 900GPD) means no waiting around for purified water.
Overall, great quality, strong water pressure, and a high-efficiency 4:1 pure-to-drain ratio. If you have the space, it’s definitely worth it.
Excellent filtering system and true upgrade from my previous three stage system in terms of water quality. Easy installation and nice TDS monitoring feature. Having a tankless RO system that doesn't require to be powered is a great advantage, especially for small spaces under the sink.
Purchased this Frizzlife RO system to replace my previous RO system which has a large tank and filters were constantly getting blocked prematurely. I was especially interested in this unit as I wanted a tankless system.
My overall initial impression of the system’s quality during unboxing and installation is excellent. Installation was very straight forward. Instructions are very clear on how the hoses should be connected. Other than an adjustable wrench to tighten the water inlet hose and use Philips screwdriver for tightening the drain clamp, no other additional tools are required. I mounted the filter unit on the side of the cabinet. The bundled template provided the exact location of where the mounting screws need to be. Just make sure when you set the height of the screw that you provide sufficient clearance on the bottom to easily unscrew the filters. I left 2 inches from the base of the filters to bottom of the cabinet which is more than sufficient. The bundled hoses had plenty of length and for most under sink installations where the faucet, filters and drain are in the same cabinet, you’ll likely just use a fraction of the hoses. The system even came with a razor blade to cleanly cut the hoses. The hoses were a breeze to connect to the filter unit and faucet. Installation of the drain hose and clamp were very straight forward as I already have a hole drilled for the previous system. Installation of the faucet was the toughest part as I didn’t have a lot of room to hold the ring since the wall of the sink was very close to the corner of the cabinet. Rather than tightening the ring from the bottom, I find it easier to have one person to simply hold the ring and another to just turn the faucet from the top to tighten. Since I had a previous system, I was able to use the existing hole on the counter sink/countertop for the faucet.
The faucet has a brushed aluminium finish which looks very sleek and refined. The instructions manual mentions that a small tank can be installed to eliminate the initial delay when drawing water from the faucet. However, through my first 2 weeks of use, I don’t notice any delays at all. Compared to my previous system that has a large tank, the water pressure from this Frizzlife RO system is only slightly weaker which I gladly accept in exchange for the extra space gained back now that a tank is not required. The pressure from the faucet remains constant even when I fill multiple large cooking pots.
What’s most important is that the water tastes great!
Definitely recommend this system for anyone looking for a great RO system and don’t want a tank taking up valuable space under the sink.

We have PD600s in our house and RV, so we can continue to have RO water when we travel, but aren’t able to use it consistently when we dry camp unless we use our generator. This updated system doesn’t require power and holds a charge, which solves our dilemma!

When you get used to your daily glass of water, any weird taste or smell stands out. I hit that point with my old filter, and it was clear something better was needed. That’s how I ended up trying out this new water filter, and honestly, the difference was obvious from the first sip.

Getting this filter going was a pretty simple process. The faucet from my old setup was already there, so things went quickly. The instructions actually made sense—no head scratching required. I love that it’s non-electric yet still pumps out up to 900GPD of mineralized, alkaline water , perfect for drinking, cooking, and even making coffee taste amazing. I finally decided to add a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink, and I’m really glad I did. UPDATE START: After leaving the water on at all times for couple days (I installed a shutoff valve in place of the one they provided to turn it off between uses at first), I stated to have leaking issues. That started with very slow dripping at the RO filter housing (middle filter) and later at the PP filter housing (first filter). My water pressure is at 75 PSI consistently and goes a bit higher depending on my hot water expansion tank maintenance time which I check regularly (every three months) to ensure my water pressure never exceeds 78PSI. While the unit is rated for 100 PSI, when there is no water flowing, the system being under constant pressure without any release cannot handle it well (it never leaked when I turned the valve off and while water is flowing for long periods of time while filling two 5 gallon bottles). I believe with how they designed the unit to use replaceable filters instead of needing to replace the entire case as well (a case that seals the filter inside which I think is wasteful), the design needs further considerations, such as compression caps at the bottom instead of a cap at the top with thread seals (current design may work fine on lower PSI levels, though). I did not deduct any points for the issues I experienced because their customer service is absolutely amazing. I received responses from their customer support in excellent time and they stood behind their product 100%. While communicating and testing, I was told they are in the process of investigating the design and will release a new improved version soon.
On a side note, continuing to use the with the shut valve engaged between uses, I have observed some improvement on the ratios. I have updated the numbers in my initial review to reflect those differences. (After about 30 gallons of water usage, the best clean to waste ratio went from 2:1-2.5:1 to 3:1 and I have started to see a 96.7% TDS removal rate which was 92.5% previously.) They also updated their claim wording for the 4:1 clean to waste ratio in their images, to indicate "up to 4:1". (As my review alludes to, water conditions impact these results, with higher TDS levels and specific content types may result in less efficient clean to waste ratios, similar to results with the output TDS level.)
As a suggestion to those installing an RO unit for the first time, it is important to keep an eye on it for a few days after install, and ideal to turn the water valve off when leaving it unattended for more than a few hours during those first few days. These units do deal with a lot of pressure to filter the water thoroughly, so no matter what model you are installing, always be sure to keep an eye on it after installation to avoid property damage. (Even the really expensive units can experience issues with seals or other failures.) I would also suggest monitoring them after filter changes, even on units that have been proven to be leak free for some time since the filters or filter housing is where the seals are located.
UPDATE END
The installation process of this unit was remarkably simpler than other models I've dealt with in the past. It's not only the non-electric feature that benefits users without accessible electrical outlets; the compression connection for the water supply also contributes to its ease of installation. The most challenging aspect is making a hole in the drain, which must be done on the narrower section of the drain pipe before the P-Trap when using the provided fitting. (However, there are alternative drain pipe connections available for separate purchase.)
After completing the installation and having the drain hose accessible in the sink for some preliminary tests, I ran the water for the suggested 20 minutes to flush the system (every filter change will require 10 minutes and the RO change will need 20 minutes), even extending it for an extra 5 minutes just to be thorough. With the source water averaging between 368-410 PPM, I managed to reduce it to 22 PPM while the source was 370, which then yields 34 PPM after minerals are reintroduced (best use case results to date). If I let the unit sit for just a few minutes, the PPM increases to nearly 120, and the water output reaches about 138 PPM with some minerals added back if I were to take water right away. (Assuming the unit's readings are accurate, the mineral filter typically adds back around 12-23 PPM based on various similar tests.) Running the unit for a minute prior to filling my cup will be necessary to achieve my acceptable target of under 50 PPM for my drinking water preference In reality, My water is safe to drink with a very high mineral content where I could simply use 0.01 micron filters, but because I drink a lot of water in a day, I need to lower it. While I find the performance satisfactory for enjoying mineral water specifically, I was a bit disappointed to learn that this unit does not deliver a full 4:1 clean to waste ratio with my specific source water conditions as they have advertised. In reality, for my specific water which has significantly high calcium carbonate and fairly high magnesium levels, it operates between less efficient levels of 2.5:1 to 3:1 clean to waste ratio, which varies based on how long the unit is left off before each use and how long I run it for (improves as it runs a bit). Since I need to run it for 1 minute prior to usage each time to reach my acceptable PPM level, it results in a bit more water being wasted. Consequently, I plan to fill my water supply in the morning for the fridge, aiming for the best ratio I can get; 2:1 to 3:1 clean to waste. It will be depending on the amount of water I store per day or every other day to get as close to 3:1 as possible, though. I will also be using my countertop RO for coffee machines, robot vacuums, and kettle (which averages between 8-20 PPM with a 3:1 clean to waste ratio), so that improves my situation further, as I am now also filling my countertop RO with that running water for less waste when possible. That also brings down the TDS levels in the countertop machine to 3-7 PPM and will help extend those filters while I reduce waste (the waste amount in the countertop has also decreased a bit, closer to a 3.5:1 now). Ultimately, this machine effectively reduces TDS and improves the healthiness of my high PPM source water without me needing to use an ion exchange water softener (wastes a lot of water as well during the recharge process and adds sodium or potassium) so I am quite pleased with it. And considering no other units can do better than 3:1, even the more expensive units, I have no complaints about the clean to waste ratio. (Most units these days are 2:1, 2.5:1 and 3:1, but they also do not always deliver at those numbers with higher TDS.)
In summary, it is a decent product for a fair price. It holds the NSF/ANSI 372 lead-free testing under the certification guidelines which allows them to sell it at a lower cost. A lot of RO units, even some of the more expensive one do not get NSF/ANSI 61 testing, and this is no different in that regard as I suspect they are cautious of the materials used in their construction. (NSF 61 is a comprehensive standard for the safety of all water contact materials, ensuring they do not leach "MANY" different types of harmful contaminants into the water. NSF 372 specifically verifies that a product's lead content meets the "lead-free" requirement of the Safe Drinking Water Act. Essentially, NSF 61 covers the leaching of many contaminants (based on materials being used), while NSF 372 focuses on the lead content only. The RO filter is also tested to function within the levels that warrant the NSF/ANSI 58 certification. This RO unit has not achieved the claimed 98% PPM reduction in my use case so far, though. In one of my best result tests with the tap water at 378 PPM, after running the unit for several minutes, it delivered a minimum of 22 PPM (34 at the tap after remineralization), which equates to a 96.7% reduction (with every use, it seems to go down slightly, so I may update again with better percentages at some point). But in all use cases, regardless of it being left off for 5 minutes, hours, or most the day, it starts out on average closer to an 80% removal of TDS when the tap is first turned on, gradually having the TDS going down as I leave it running. To comply with NSF/ANSI 58, all systems certified under this standard must show a minimum reduction of 75% in influent challenge levels of TDS (various TDS content levels). The RO filter does meet this standard at all times with my waters TDS levels according to its display (79% or better), but I cannot confirm this is 100% factual without removing the mineral filter, which I may do eventually to evaluate its performance without the possibility of remineralization. (e.g. at least 96.7% lead reduction where applicable, at least 99.95% removal of cysts where applicable, etc.) I give it a 4.5 and am rounding up on the rating.
So, would I recommend it? Based on my experience with this unit, for those with lower TDS levels than mine, I believe this machine would perform quite effectively (treated microbiologically safe municipal water sources), especially for users dealing with levels below 200 TDS. I suspect that having lower TDS will even enhance the clean to waste ratio since there's less TDS to dispose of. Therefore, as long as there are no unforeseen issues, I would gladly recommend this machine to individuals with low to medium (90-300) TDS levels in their homes. I believe it is also still a decent option for higher TDS levels, but just note like all other RO machines, the filters will be used up more quickly with harder water, and you may not get the results you really want if you are aiming for levels below 60 TDS. (Different water conditions will also present different results, so my 368-410 TDS levels may be more or less challenging on this unit than other TDS levels depending on TDS content type; level of manganese, calcium, iron, etc.) But considering it has been tested for NSF 58, even in worst use case scenarios of higher levels, a 75% decrease can make a huge difference overall. (Is tested to remove 96.7-99.85% of the bad (NSF 58 testing), so a little more of the good minerals is not necessarily a bad thing.)
SIDE NOTE: They do provide an ANSI 61 certified water supply hose and a 304 stainless steel faucet. I suspect that since this company does hold ANSI 61 certification on some of their provided materials (cost more to obtain that certification on a unit so price would likely go up for the full unit certification), that they would have enough knowledge and experience to ensure the materials used in this machine perform as well as an ANSI 61 certified unit where leaching is concerned. Of course I cannot guarantee that without it actually holding that certification, but I guess there is a level of trust, I would hope, with the name. Certain individual components, like specific RO water tubing, have been explicitly certified to this standard. Frizzlife states that while key components such as filters and tubing elements hold various NSF certifications, including NSF/ANSI 61 for some components, their entire RO system units are generally not fully certified as a whole system by NSF. Instead, their RO systems typically carry certifications for specific standards or components from the Water Quality Association (WQA) or IAMPO, being third party tested to those same NSF/ANSI standards as benchmarks.
PROS: I never heard of this brand prior but this reverse osmosis water filter comes with everything needed to set it up at home(other than a plumber lol). It does a great job at water filtration. It looks and feels very sturdy and is well built. Also the water out of it takes great no weird metallic or chlorine tasting water(I'm looking at you Aquafina).
CONS: It is expensive, it is larger than anticipated may be an issue if you have limited height under you sink area. And as a regular person this will be a hard to install I'd recommend a plumber to install if your not well versed in this (I had a plumber do it). Also you need to replace the filters ever 24-48 months which are an ongoing cost
Exactly what I was hoping for! Install only took me about 30 minutes to do all by myself, and fits under my sink. Haven't seen any leak since then, either. The water coming out the other end tastes pretty good, definitely better than my base tap. The filter monitoring is neat. If nothing else, being able to see when I need to change the filters will definitely come in handy. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. There's no real delay on getting water, so it'll probably become the "main" water for me from on. Definitely recommend it.
I installed the Frizzlife M800 a few weeks ago, and the difference is huge. The water tastes incredibly clean and smooth, almost like premium bottled water. I love that it runs without electricity and stays silent under the sink. The TDS monitor is super helpful, and the flow rate is fast enough to fill big pots quickly.
